Analysis of torsional vibration characteristics of shafting of double motor lifting system

  • Aiming at the frequent torsional vibration of shaft system in double-synchronous motor hoisting system under actual working conditions, flexible modeling and torsional vibration characteristics analysis of shaft system of double-synchronous motor system were carried out. Firstly, based on the structure of dual-motor spindle and roller, a flexible finite element model is established considering the characteristics of the flexible body of the system, and the torsional vibration modes of each order are obtained by finite element analysis. Then, sinusoidal load is applied for response analysis and torsional angle analysis. Finally, the relationship between torsional vibration characteristics and flexibility of the system is analyzed by changing flexible parameters. The results show that the model established in this paper can not only reflect the mechanical characteristics of torsional vibration, but also accurately calculate the torsional vibration frequency and reflect the torsional vibration of shafting. Compared with rigid body modeling, the flexible modeling coefficient has obvious influence on the low-frequency torsional vibration characteristics of shafting. It provides a theoretical basis for studying the mechanism of low-frequency oscillation of synchronous motor.
