Research on the processing technology of the case of a weapon subsystem

  • Casting aluminum alloy is widely used in aviation industry, power machinery and transportation machinery manufacturing, which is beneficial to casting thin wall and complicated structure castings. The case of a weapon subsystem is made of cast aluminum alloy. In order to solve the problems such as more machining procedures, high scrap rate and unstable quality of the case, the technological analysis and research are carried out in this paper, the reason of the high scrap rate of the box is found out, the processing technology is optimized, the qualified rate of the box is increased, the processing cycle is shortened, and the processing difficulty and cost are reduced.
