Reliability modeling and assessment on bottom dead center precision of high-speed punch machine with individual difference

  • According to the characteristics of high-speed press machine performance degradation, the reliability evaluation model is established based on the Wiener process. The difference between the initial state difference and the performance degradation process is introduced into the reliability evaluation model in the form of random variables. And the method of parameter evaluation based on Bayesian theory is given. Finally, based on the analysis of the mechanism for high-speed punch machine BCD (bottom dead center) precision, the degradation test of high-speed performance and reliability assessment is completed. The results of evaluation show that the established evaluation model can reflect the impact of individual differences on reliability evaluation.
