Design of automatic measuring fixture for inner and outer free-form surface of a disk-shaped workpiece

  • Aiming at the problem that the internal and external free-form surface measurement of a disk-shaped workpiece requires manual clamping and low automation, through analyzing the detection technology and characteristics of the workpiece, following the original positioning and fixing ideas of the detection tooling, a special automatic inspection fixture is designed. The actual function verification of the automatic fixture proves that the fixture can meet the functional requirements of clamping the inner and outer free-form surfaces of the disk-shaped workpiece at the same time. In addition, by combining the fixture with a robotic arm and a coordinate measuring machine, the automatic loading and unloading and detection of disk-shaped workpieces can be realized, which effectively improves the degree of automation and detection efficiency of the workpiece detection.
