Abstract
On the basis of micro cutting theory, the theoretical model of drilling axial force and torque for micro hole with diameter of 0.5 mm and below is studied, and the analytical model for calculating drilling force is obtained. Through theoretical research, a calculation model based on deformation analysis of micro cutting materials is established. Then the micro hole drilling experiment is carried out, and the experimental data of drilling force are collected and statistically analyzed, and the influence of each parameter on the drilling force is analyzed. Finally, the validity and accuracy of the theoretical calculation model are evaluated by using error analysis method. The research results have high reference value for the related research of continuous homogeneous metal Micro-hole drilling.
