The manufacturing industry has entered a critical period of innovation-driven transformation development.The paper invents an innovation method about structural design based on TRIZ theory and analogical source analysis.A process model for product design innovation is established, which based on the analysis about TRIZ and ABD, It is proposed to use the invention principle of TRIZ theory to extract the standard objective and technical contradiction in the process of invention, establish the similarity correlation matrix of analog source, and analyze the solution principle of the invention problem.The invention of the single-drive indexable sawing parts verifies the effectiveness of the model, which realized continuous cutting and high precision dividing function under single servo control, and passed the practical engineering verification, and won the Gold Medal of Chinese Patent.
