Rectification and research on radiation disturbance testing method of CNC machine tools

  • The popularization and application of NC machine tools and the status of large-scale workshop production make the electromagnetic compatibility problem of machine tools increasingly prominent.Taking an automatic cutting machine tool as an example, this paper studied the measurement method of space electromagnetic radiation disturbance characteristics and applied.After analyzing the design of automatic cutting machine tool, the rectification scheme was put forward.Through the test, the feasibility, effectiveness and rationality of the rectification scheme were verified.The research on the test method of electromagnetic radiation disturbance characteristics provides the basic theoretical support for the EMC test method of mechanical and electrical products.The proposal, verification and implementation of the rectification scheme provide the basis and experience for the EMC design of NC machine tools, and also provide an example scheme for NC machine tools with the same EMC problem, which is of great significance to improve the reliability of NC machine tools.
