Accuracy test analysis of TD500A drilling and tapping center based on i5 system

The TD500A vertical drilling and tapping center independently produced by Dalian Machine Tool Co., Ltd. of general technology group is selected as the experimental prototype, which is matched with i5 intelligent system. The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of TD500A drilling and tapping center with i5 system are tested by Renishaw laser interferometer to further verify the reliability of the accuracy. The results show that: the research conclusions have important reference value for the application of the system in machine tools.
