Abstract
In order to solve the problems of high programming threshold and inability to meet the transformation needs of enterprises to smart factory in the traditional control scheme of right-angle robot in handling application, the control system based on industrial cloud and low-code technology was designed. The hardware of the system mainly consisted of device side, cloud platform side, industrial gateway and human-machine interface and the software was realized by low-code language. The Neptune cloud platform was used on the cloud side, which mainly realizes the device management function; the GTS motion control card was used on the device side to receive control commands and control motors on the cloud side. The test shows that the system is reliable and the cloud platform can realize remote management of equipment to meet the demand for transformation to a smart factory.
