Analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of CNC laser processing machine tool

  • The laser processing machine tool has the characteristics of high feed rate and good acceleration performance. Compared with the conventional machine tool, its main mechanical structure requires good static and dynamic characteristics. In order to verify whether the static and dynamic characteristics of the designed machine tool meet the design requirements, the CAD software is used to build the 3D model of the machine tool. Through appropriate simplification, the model is imported into the FEA software, tetrahedral elements are selected to divide the mesh, and the static and modal analysis of the main parts and components of the machine tool and the whole machine is carried out according to the force and constraint conditions. The simulation results show that the designed machine tool has good static and dynamic characteristics and can meet the requirements of laser processing.
