Research on CMM measurement planning and simulation system of integral leaf disc

  • In this paper, a virtual simulation detection system based on OpenGL is developed for the complex and difficult measurement of the whole bladed disk structure. The three coordinate measuring machine simulation system is established and the overall semal three-dimensional entity model, on the whole semal measurement path planning, on the basis of uniform distribution, this paper proposes a adaptive sampling method based on curvature, reduced the number of measuring point, has realized the online adaptive sampling point distribution, and to determine the position of each measurement area of the head. The measurement planning and simulation of the whole bladed disk are completed.
