Research on accurate simulation technology of inspection process for manufacturing process

  • The workpiece in the manufacturing process is the combination of theoretical shape and blank residue, the collision risk of measure is extremely high. To avoid risks in advance, an accurate simulation method of inspection process for manufacturing process is proposed. According to the similarity of NC machining process and CMM detection process in motion, the simulation environment of measuring machine based on VERICUT is constructed. The geometric state model of part processing is obtained by using the blank inheritance between simulation stations. and the accurate simulation of manufacturing process oriented inspection process is realized. The application shows that this method can effectively find the unreasonable problems of measurement trajectory and measurement parameters through computer virtual simulation, and avoid accidents and unnecessary losses caused by direct measurement of entities.
