Development of machine tool remanufacturability program evaluation system based on relative entropy-TOPSIS

  • Remanufacturability evaluation is an important part of the remanufacturing process of mechanical equipment, and the remanufacturability evaluation program directly affects the quality and cost of remanufactured machine tools. For the evaluation of machine tool remanufacturability schemes, proposing a relative entropy-TOPSIS based evaluation method for machine tool remanufacturability programs. Firstly, establish a remanufacturability evaluation system based on the ease of recyclability, dismantling, and remanufacturing technology of machine tools; then, using extension analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of each index, and apply the evaluation method of relative entropy-TOPSIS to screen the optimal solution; finally, developing a remanufacturability evaluation system for machine tools using tools such as C # language and SQL database, and apply it to the remanufacturing of gear hobbing machines in a certain machine tool manufacturing factory to verify the feasibility of this method.
