Process analysis and economic evaluation of aero-engine blade grinding and polishing

  • Firstly, the characteristics and equipment selection scheme of aero-engine compressor blade grinding and polishing process are analyzed. Secondly, a mathematical model for evaluating the economy of blade grinding process scheme is proposed, which comprehensively evaluated the factors such as cost, quality and efficiency, providing an effective way for equipment selection of blade processing enterprises. Finally, taking a type of blade grinding process as an example, the profit rates of four-array wheel grinding and belt grinding are compared, and the profit per unit time of four-array wheel grinding is about twice that of belt grinding.
