Research on assembly sequence planning technology based on improved artificial bee colony algorithm

  • A solution for the planning of assembly sequences for complex products, based on an improved artificial bee colony algorithm, has been proposed to address issues such as time-consuming processes, low efficiency, and high error rates. Firstly,considering factors like feasibility, complexity, stability, redirectability, and aggregability of assembly sequences, a matrix-based assembly relationship model and adaptive evaluation function are constructed. Secondly, by utilizing the API in SolidWorks to acquire relevant data of assembly objects, an assembly relationship matrix is generated to solve the assembly sequence planning problem. Finally, taking typical components of a refrigerated truck as the subject, the feasibility of this method has been verified. This technology significantly reduces inspection time and error rates while improving efficiency.
