Development and practice of digital twin system for experimental center

  • In order to improve the digital capability of the experimental center of a aerospace research institute, the digital twin system is developed based on the five-dimensional digital twin theory. In this paper, the system architecture of digital twin of test and detection center is designed. Establish real-time communication between OPC UA server and InfluxDB database;build 3D virtual scene in Unity 3D engine; write scripts to control the movement of perspective to enhance the ability of human-computer interaction;design electronic board to display equipment data, status and other information; set up a process-oriented monitoring mechanism to ensure the safety of the test. The application results show that the digital twin system improves the visualization ability and work efficiency of the experimental center and realizes the virtual-real fusion of the digital twin system.
