Research on the manufacturing technology of complex precision radiators

  • The structural characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of a complex precision radiator are analyzed, the overall research idea of radiator manufacturing is discussed, the overall manufacturing scheme of radiators is put forward, and a series of process control measures have been adopted to effectively solve the technical difficulties of complex precision radiators that are difficult to manufacture, easily deform and difficult to weld. Aiming at the manufacturing difficulties such as high accuracy, poor rigidity and easy deformation of the heat dissipation sleeve, a multi-process overall precision control technology of the weak rigid thin-walled heat dissipation sleeve is proposed, and the accompanying inner support mould is designed, which effectively solves the problem of clamping and welding deformation in the manufacturing process of the heat dissipation sleeve, designs an arc profile modeling, and solves the problem of forming a straight section at the coil joint of the heat dissipation sleeve. In view of the molding difficulties of three-dimensional space heat dissipation pipe, a two-step molding scheme of "from single bend to plane multi-bend, from plane multi-bend to three-dimensional space structure" is proposed, and flexible combination bending tooling is designed to solve the molding difficulties of heat dissipation pipe.
