Research on digital measurement method for airborne duct

  • The forming of aeronautical conduit has many compulicated manufacturing processes, and it’s performance will directly affect the safety and navigability of aircraft. In recent years, the digital manufacture of conduit is popularized and the traditional tooling inspection can’t meet the precision requirement, but the measured one by one, which is time consuming. In order to solve the problem that the measuring arm needs to be measured point by point and takes more time, a visual optical measurement method is designed. Based on the principle of industrial close-range photogrammetry, the complete inspection process of "image acquisition, reconstruction, comparison, inspection and result output" is completed quickly by collecting multiple two-dimensional photos with multiple fixed-position industrial cameras. It provides more digital measuring methods for the shape quality inspection of air duct manufacture.
