A design and application of a special turn-milling production line for thread processing at the end of injection-screw

  • The screw is the core part of the Injection Molding Machine, its main role is feeding, compaction, plasticizing and pressure transfer, its process is complex and high-precision, and the traditional process needs to go through multiple processes such as drilling, turning, milling, tapping, etc. Now for the screw end processing of an enterprise, a special turning-milling production line for screw end processing is designed, which mainly includes, Rack the mobile spindle with power, the quick detachable center frame, the debris blocking mechanism, the automatic Load-Unload Flow and the Automatic Truss. The workstation can quickly, efficiently, accurately, and safely realize the "one-time processing" of the screw end, providing valuable experience for the upgrading and transformation of central enterprises from single-function equipment to composite automation equipment.
